Chinese dates tea are popular amongst the Hokkien and Cantonese community. It is recommended that the tea must be taken everyday instead of drinking water.
30 red dates
30 black dates
2 liter water
100 gm rock sugar
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
Simmer over low heat for 2 hours
Strain and transfer the tea into a flask
Drink warm throughout the day
